Need to print a Gantt chart

Hello. I've been asked to provide a legible (as in needs to be big enough to see) print of a Gantt chart. I don't want to show up at the meeting with a stack of 8/5" x 11" sheets. I have access to a 36" plotter and would like to print the Gantt at the full height of the paper by however long it needs to be to show the entire timeline without breaking it into multiple pages but I can't seem to find a way to specify this in the print setup. Please help.

If you export to PDF you can choose many sizes for the output. Make sure to set Fit to Width. Once you have the PDF, you can send it to a printer or in your case the plotter.

Thank you for getting back to me. This won't give me exactly what I was looking for, but it may be good enough to meet the need. I greatly appreciate the help.
