Copying rows into another sheet, can you use automation to place a copied row into a specific row?

On "Tablet Input Test" when MAC address changes, I want MAC and Location to be copied over to row 001 of "Copy of Catalyst APs" instead of it being copied to the bottom of the sheet (there are 500 rows). Is that possible?

I would rather use INDEX/MATCH to populate the data into the second sheet based on the Number. Here the number will act as the unique identifier. Here's how the formula works
