Change Cell Value After 2 Weeks

Hello,

After someone completes a task on my sheet it sends out an approval automation for the requestor to Approve or Deny the work that has been done before moving it to a completed sheet.

Is it possible to make an automation that will change the Requestor Approval column status to Complete if the requestor does not do it from the email they receive within 2 weeks? I can't seem to find the right combo on automation.
