Match all columns to complete

I have several columns with dropdown (Complete-Go, Incomplete, TM Approved-Go) and one column that says (Go/No Go). If all columns have "Complete-Go or TM Approved-Go" the column (Go/ No Go) should be "Go"

If any column has "Incomplete" the column (Go/no Go) should be "No Go"

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

1. Using automation workflow
2. using If /or functions -- IF(OR(Column = "Complete-Go", Column = "TM Approved-Go"), "Go", IF(Column = "Incomplete", "No Go"))

I have 4 columns with dropdown (Complete-Go, Incomplete, OMC Approved-Go) and one column that says (Stage Gate Status). If all columns have "Complete-Go or OMC Approved-Go" the column (Stage Gate Status) should be "Go". If any column has "Incomplete" the column (Stage Gate Status) should be "No Go"
