Hello,

I have a working .csv file with the column in the following date format: mm-dd-yyyy It imports well to the smartsheet date column via the data shuttle in the following format mm/dd/yyyy, but it will not import if the date field in the smartsheet is date restricted specifically.

Furthermore, I am not able to import the sheet with a Date greater than mm-dd-yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy selected. Is there a solution without modifying the source sheet?

To clarify, the import date "is greater than" is meant for the "filter logic" in order to bring the most recent records after a specific date.

    Hi @gwson ,

If you wish to maintain the "date only" restriction in your Column properties, the date format in both the source and the filter will need to adjust to the one used by API (yyyy-mm-dd). Please use this format in both your csv file and the filter rule in Data Shuttle to obtain the results that you expect or create a Helper Column in your sheet that isn't restricted to "date only" to collect the values from the csv file in your desired format. If you find that this recommendation doesn't work in your environment and you haven't done already, I would recommend opening a ticket with our Support team via this form.

I hope that this can be of help,

    Cheers!
