It would be nice if the EU account got access to this handbook. It's quite ridiculous that it is restricted to US account.... how does one justify it even? no privacy, no GDPR, no anti-trust, no GAFA BS.... just formulas... Sorry but being told by the IT support that EU accounts can't access but to submit a feature request here it drove me a tad bit crazy.
