Linking Multiple Worksheets to an Individual Task List

Keen to hear any suggested solutions for linking multiple worksheets to an individual task list i.e. I am working across multiple projects on a large number of worksheets, I dont want to go into every single worksheet - rather set up a task list that pulls my assigned rows from across all of them and that allows for updates at one level to reflect in the other and vice versa ....

Thanks for that - report will work on one level but I really want to be able to work from that individual collated view in a worksheet and have the updates flow both up and down if that makes sense? ...... any ideas?
