Form submission disappearing

Help! I have a form with disappearing submissions. The don't show up in my output spreadsheet but the submitter has a confirmation email that the form has indeed been submitted.

I checked the Activity Log and see no record of the submission.

There are no workflows that should interfere with submission.

I did notice that both of these forms were incomplete. Is there a separate place where an incomplete form could populate?

Have you scrolled all the way to the bottom of the sheet to see if they are there?

Also verify that the user is submitting the correct form attached to the sheet you are looking at.

@Paul Newcome - it was actually a previous version of the form that they were submitting to. Now to get access to that form!
