"These pages aren't responding" pop-up with options to wait or exit pages

This message keeps popping up with some, but not all of the smartsheets I'm working on. It says, "These pages aren't responding" and gives the option to wait or exit pages. It doesn't seem to impact any other programs I'm working with. Any ideas what's causing this and how I can avoid or prevent it?

Are the sheets busy?

Also, try the browser in private/incognito and another browser.

Usually, it's because Smartsheet has an issue, busy Smartsheet Assets, to many tabs open and/or memory constraints on the computer.
