Auto number
I created a sheet to track problems that arise on my project. I also created a form that my team can use to enter in those problems. On my sheet you can use the form or manually enter in the issue but for some reason the Auto number feature in my Issue ID column isn't calculating the issues entered correctly. The numbers are at random and have no particular order. Is there a way to fix this? I provided a picture for more context. Here I have three listed twice.

I would say no, I did test the form but I deleted what was entered and started over.

It could be that the users filled in a row that wasn't next or that they moved them around. The issue with multiple of the same is strange, and the only thing I can think of is that a form and a record in the sheet happened simultaneously.

That makes sense but in that example the #3's were entered on different days.
