What is the time gap used to consolidate the changes made on the sheet and send a single alert email

Eg: I have a automation alert which is when a cell is changed to "Yes" for one of the column on the sheet alert me. I updated corresponding column in row 1 to "Yes" and saved the sheet. Then immediately updated the second row to "Yes" and again saved the sheet. I received one email with details of these two rows.
At what time difference between changes on row 1 to row 2, two separate email alert will be generated.

@Aditya Bapat If the trigger is a changed cell, I believe it is a minute.
