Modified By and Date rapid changes

Hi! I am having an issue with my sheet, I have automations built to notify when changes are made, however recently the Modified By and Modified columns are noting rapid changes when none are made. This is causing quite a few erroneous notifications when no changes have been made.

In the change log, the only changes noted are that those two specific columns are changed. The "changes" are being associated with a number of different users, and sometimes it occurs when said user is not logged into the sheet.

Is this a problem anyone else has encountered?

I have that happen when I have a column formula on my sheet I believe.
