Import MS Project mpp. file into Smartsheets

I am trying to import a project schedule from MS Project into Smartsheets, but when I review the schedule I notice some of the Tasks have been rearranged and are no longer in the order, they were in on the original MS Project file. How do I keep the integrity of the schedule?

Hi @PM Benson ,
When importing Microsoft Projects in .mpp format, due to incompatibilities with Smartsheet, some rows may import in an unintended order as in your case. This is explained in this article from the Help Center. Converting the file to .xml should resolve this, otherwise, I would recommend opening a ticket with our Support team via this form.
I hope that this can be of help.
Cheers!
