Replacing an Employee in Smartsheet
Hi - if you hire a new employee to replace a former and want the 2nd to take the place of the 1st on all reports, how would you suggest the transition? Having the second employee sign in AS the first employee doesn't sound like the ideal situation. Thanks!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- Filter on the sheets and replace the contact
- Report to filter on the employee and replace the contact
- If you have Control Center, you could do a Global Update
- You could have a list of all employees and use an INDEX/MATCH structure to reference them in other sheets, and if you'd replace it in the list, it would update in the other sheets
