Auto-mapping email correspondence from Outlook back into Smartsheet

Looking to tie back email correspondence from traditional email to a specific row/project in a sheet; particularly when there are conversations being had "outside" smartsheet but still need to be captured. Could look like a BCC to a unique "email address" that links the correspondence back into the respective row, possibly as an attachment to the row or within the comment/chat function. I'm told Workfront (another PM system) has this functionality and it works very well.
