Needing to put contact information into a cell from a dropdown list where it will list the name, phone number and email address.

Hi there, unfortunately this isn't a function - you can add name and email to a contact but you will have to use other columns to display their phone number.

However, if the contact has a smartsheet license, makes an account and fills in all their details, everything will display when you hover over the contact:
