How to Measure Smartsheet Usage/Adoption
Hello,
I am working on establishing an integrated project plan for a large program. As part of the program, we want to track/measure the level of project plan adoption/usage we are achieving. In other words, we want to know things like:
-How frequently plans are updated
-How "fully populated" plans are - e.g., 100% of milestones have a health indicator, or a start date and end date
Is there any way to do this systematically in Smartsheet? Are there usage analytics or anything along those lines that can be pulled from a plan?

The second part of your question is easily doable using formulas, however no sure on the first part (updates to the plan). There is however a manual way to check on sheet updates/activity via "Activity Log" that is available on the right vertical navigation menu.

Thank you, Sameer. Could you provide an example of a formula that could be used / where that would be implemented? I.e., do I add it to the top row of a plan? In a separate plan?
