Why is MS Teams asking about permission when I am the system admin?

Hi,

I wanted to add a new sheet to MS Teams but suddenly it asked me for permission. I am the only user in my smartsheet license, I am the system admin and I am an owner of the MS Team. Now I can't add a new sheet and I have no idea how to fix this.

Note: I have added multiple sheets and diagrams to the same exact MS Team and there was no problem with it.

Thank you for reporting this issue! I checked in with our Support team and they confirmed they received other reports of this as well and are working with MS Teams to provide a fix, hopefully within the next week or two.

In the meantime, you should be able to grant admin access through Teams from a web browser.
