How can I get proof of my payment for the eLearning course?

I enrolled in the eLearning course. I need proof of my payment. I have been looking on the page where to get my payment receipt.

I already sent an email to the billing area but they don't give any answer.

Does anyone know what the process is to have a payment receipt for a course?

I checked in with our Training team and they confirmed they emailed you a receipt on September 2nd! If you still have enquiries, I would recommend replying to that email so they can follow-up with you.
