Dynamic View: insert image failed

I cannot insert an image through the dynamic view this morning. I had tried to refresh the page but still failed. Is anyone encounter the same issue or any solution?

Try these troubleshooting steps first.

• Check the Smartsheet Status page if there are any reported issues: https://status.smartsheet.com/
• Log out / in again
• Try a different browser
• Try the browsers in Private/Incognito mode
• If possible, check if other users have the same issue

If the steps above don't solve it, and if you haven't already, I recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team and provide the results of the troubleshooting steps above.

Hi Andrée,

I tried all the solutions you provided, but unfortunately, the save error issue still not solved. 

I also found I can save the page successfully when the DV owner is me. The save error issue only happens when the DV is not created by me. Is it a potential reason?
