Best way to show KPI's across multiple projects and teams?

Hello all,

I'm trying to determine the best way to capture multiple KPIs on a dashboard.

Each cross-functional team has their own sheet where they manage projects. What is the best way to have them capture data metrics (the KPI's might be different per team- hours saved, increased NPS, $ Saved) that roll up to a dashboard?

Please let me know if you have any thoughts.

The generic answer for this question will be creating separate "count" sheets that can count, sum, match etc. data from entire columns from other sheets under specific conditions.

Then you create a dashboard and reference specific data cells in "count" sheets.

For more specific answers more details will be needed.

You should consider using sheet summaries within the existing team sheets to capture the different metrics required. You can then either use these in reports (using the sheet summary view) to display on dashboards or directly into dashboards via the Metrics widget....
