Formulas
I have a drop down text for my second column, I would like to insert a formula that when shipped is selected from the drop down, that it auto checks the check box in column 4 for complete. I have looked through all formula help sheets and can't seem to find this one. Is this even possible? If no, does anyone have any ideas?

Revise this formula with your column names, and put it in column 4.
=IF([drop down column name]2 = "shipped", 1, 0)
Put that in row 2 or change the 2 to whatever row you are putting it in. Then click on the cell and drag the bottom right-hand corner down to fill the formula in throughout the sheet.

You're welcome. When using checkmark symbols in formulas, 0 = unchecked and 1 = checked.
