list of tasks completed with in the last week.

I am looking to set up a report that would show the number of tasks marked as complete with in the last week. but I don't want it to run off of the dates in the due date column but rather off of the actual date it was changed, In case some on is early or late on a project I want to know week over week what was done.

Any ideas on if the smartsheet system logs the movement of dropdown boxes and how to write a formula to pull that information based on the back end data of when a cell was changed to a specific value?

I dealy I the report or page would pull a list of the task names that where marked complete in the last 7 days regardless of the due date. I could also run a report for all the things moved from Not Started to In Progress in the last 7 days.

@J.Barrow There isn't a vanilla Smarsheet formula to do that. However, I think you are trying to make it more complicated than it needs to be :) . I suggest the following:

1. Create a date column to track when the task is completed
2. Create a workflow automation to record a date in that column when the status changes to "Complete"

@Darren Mullen, Thanks I was trying to not add more columns to it, but I guess I can hide that column from the user.
