Has anyone lost all cell history in a sheet before?

We have a smartsheet that tracks all of the metadata for all of our projects globally - key information about each project. We have a lot of data in it and have been using it for 3+ years consistently. As of this last week, we lost ALL of the cell history data in the sheet. This is vitally important to us.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've opened a ticket with support but have yet to receive a response.

Confirming we've lost some of our cell history too.

It's not across all our workspaces, and I can't determine why some have been affected and others have not.

@Richard Heath I received notification from Smartsheets that they have identified this as an issue with some customers. They're working to resolve it, however, as of this morning, our sheet is still broken. They've stated that all of the cell history is still available by an audit trail report.

I'd recommended submitting a ticket with them to track your issue.

We have an open ticket as well. The only update provided is there is no update.

We have lost all cell history prior 2022 in all sheets.

Same here, we are just now noticing this in thousands of our sheets and not too happy about this. I hope someone is working on this.
