Automation keeps sending notifications even if the criteria are no longer met
Hi all,
I was wondering if someone can advise. Basically, I've set up automation to notify team members if certain tasks are not completed and date is in the past. This is the below set-up.
I've tried "100%" in the last condition instead of just "100" but the notifications keep coming regardless. Can anyone advise where I'm making a mistake? As you can see in the below snapshot, the task is marked as 100% but the notifications keep coming:

Try setting that last condition to be where % Complete is less than 1.
Smartsheet reads percentages as a part of a whole, so 100% = 1, 50% = 0.50, so on and so forth.
