An error has occurred in Smartsheet

Hello!
My name is Dor and I am working in the support team of my organization.
For some reason one of our workers is unable to get access to all the dashboards we are creating in Smartsheet.
He has all the permissions he needs.
When he try to get into the dashboard he gets an error "An error has occurred in Smartsheet".
We did all the steps Smartsheet provide but still no help.
Can someone please help me to solve this? really important.
