Smartsheet not get updated row over 2 hours

Update a value of the cell on the SmartSheet; Save it;Use the Search to search the updated value; It is keeping to return no result over 2 hours.

If you're already in the sheet but you need to find some particular piece of data on the sheet, use CTRL-F. The search bar at the top-right is a piece of garbage and has only caused problems for anyone trying to use it in my experience.

Actually, the issue is first found by using api /sheets/{sheetId}/rows to add new row then do search row using api /search/sheets/{sheetId}?query=updated_value, which is keeping return total count= 0 over 2 hours. Try Search from SmartSheet UI search function and getting same issue. Hope SmartSheet technical support can address this.
