Document Generation - Mapping sheet Data to DocuSign Form
Hi there - I've set up a sheet/request form combination that eventually requires signature. I've uploaded the PDF form template to the associated DocuSign account, set up the e-sign template in Docusign with everything mapped. The issue I'm running into is when I go to generate the eSign document version and save it as a draft in DocuSign to preview, the data does not pull over from the sheet row that I've selected. It's just a blank request form.
Now, if I re-select the same row and use the PDF mapping template my data populates on the form without issue.
Has anyone run in to this before?
