reCAPTCHA error when sharing sheet
Hi everyone,
I just started using Smartsheet recently and when sharing a sheet with an external client, they keep getting an error message (attached). It is only doing this with this one client (Note: they are a government entity). Is this a Smartsheet issue? Or a firewall issue? It seems like they're able to view the app, just not the sheet. Their system admin probably is blocking pop up windows or a server which I believe is where the reCAPTCHA needs to do it's validation at.
Could you ask them to register on another device such as their phone where it won't block the pop up window or the server? Once they have a SmartSheet account registered, they can probably view your sheet properly from this computer.
