Workflow that sends report to manager
Is there an easy way to set up a workflow that will send an email to the person accountable for a task as well as their manager, without having to manually add the manager for each accountable person? Right now, I have a workflow that sends a report to the accountable person when a task is due within two days. I would like it to send to the accountable person and their manager. Could I make some sort of master file that contains employees & their manager? I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this.

Yea I would make a sheet that shows which manager belongs to which person. Then you can have 2 contacts columns, one for the person, and one that has a formula like INDEX/MATCH to populate the manager's email.
Then use that for the automation.
