Grouping within a row report

I have a row report set up to pull data from multiple sheets. I have charts created off of the row report and cannot get the columns to arrange in a largest to smallest order. In the report, the grouping and filtering will only allow me to sort by site name alphabetically, not by total summary. Is it possible to rearrange the report or chart?

So I'm trying to get the chart to arrange in order of most to least and the report its pulling from will only let me sort by alphabetical ascending or descending, not by count per site.

Unfortunately sorting by groupings is not possible, but it is definitely a great idea.
