3+ Levels of Filter Groups

I know I've seen this filter setup before but I cannot seem to recreate. I am trying to layer 3 or more filter groups to attain the desired logic. Is this feasible?

At the top you have a Start On "is in the past" and at the bottom you have a Start On "is in the next days" of 30. Those two filter groups are linked with an AND. I think you're going to get zero results because of it unless the OR in the first filter group picks up a row with the "Include in W" instead. Then it might display something. Not sure.

It appears you only get a third level when the column name is the same in a filter group
