Sharing filtered sheet with free user

How can I share I filtered sheet, or a report, with a free user and have them be able to edit it as well?

So far all I have found is the ability to make a filtered report and then share that, however I need to share the source sheet as well then, thus defeating the purpose of the filtered report, since I only want this free user to be able to see and edit this filtered information.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Premium App, Dynamic View
• Premium App, WorkApps (if you have Smartsheet Advance)
• Update Request Workflow(s)
• I recently developed a (what I call), Dynamic View Light. It's quite advanced, but in short, it uses cross-sheet formulas and INDEX/MATCH and a specific structure and method, so it's only possible to show data that should be available.

Would any of those options work/help?
