If you have a hyperlink to a Smartsheet item, it does not open from WorkApps. This is super frustration and doesn't make sense. Please improve this functionality for WorkApps.

I agree to this. Work apps for our project managers are totally useless. We need our project mangers to see various project dashboards as they are added to them. So manually doing stuff will not work. So stupid
