Automation - Alert contact column question

Hi everyone,

This might be pretty basic stuff, but I can't seem to figure it out.

I have a project tracker sheet with parent rows containing information of a project, and child rows with checklist items for that project.

I want to have the sheet alert stakeholders (3 different contact columns) whenever an item list has been checked off. The problem I'm running into is that the automation for this can only be set to "when triggered", not hourly or daily.

My question is, is there a workaround for this? The checklist is quite long and I do not want 6 separate e-mails sent in the span a minute. I ideally want one e-mail either hourly or daily that shows all of the updates at once.
