Outlook email automation for IT Ticketing

Hi,
I have been trying to automate our IT ticketing system using Smartsheet. Currently we are creating tickets manually/using the smartsheet form but I want to know if we can capture outlook emails automatically based on the ticket ID.
Is there a way we can automate this?

Smartsheet has an add-in with Outlook that can add emails and their attachments to new or existing rows in Smartsheet. A new comment will be added to the row, using the message body of the email as the comment. See: Smartsheet for Outlook Add-in
It wouldn't be automatic as emails come in, you would need to perform some manual clicks, but it would be faster than using a form.
