Capture start budget

Hi, I am looking for a way to capture the first budget of a project. So the numbers entered initially in the budget overview. I can think of many ways how to capture it but none is without manual work from my side. We have 38 projects in the pipeline. Some started others not yet and I am trying to find a way that I can capture the numbers without having to go into each projects budget overview. Anyone an idea? Many thanks for any ideas!
