Automation by changing the position of a row and hierarchical level in the primary column


The entry of new records, such as opening a ticket in the help desk, always places the new record in the final position of the grid. It would be interesting to be able to automatically place the new record already within a desired hierarchical level in previously created lines. For example, using the existing template for IT Help Desk itself, if I indicate that it is urgent, the record could be inserted under the hierarchical level of "urgent call". Today, everything is manual and very restrictive for more advanced applications.
