Question about Approval Workflow
I have created a form that will be a request to update business hours for a certain location. When the form is completed, the information is recorded into a smartsheet. Based on a particular cell being updated in smartsheet I set up an approval workflow to be routed to a higher up. Once approved or denied the response will be updated in the sheet. Myt problem is, my workflow is not triggering, and I can figure out why. To test this out I sent the form to myself and completed the information. I also listed my email address as the divisional director which means I should get an email with with approval. That has not happened. I have attached screenshots. Any advice would be helpful.
