Form Link Added to Dashboard

I want to add a link to a form in my dashboard. I cannot copy and paste the URL. I cannot add it as a widget shortcut, doesn't allow me to paste the URL. I tried to choose it as a "smartsheet item" when adding a shortcut but this embeds the form vs the link. I have the Pro plan, do I need to upgrade to have use this option?

Adding the link as a shortcut should work. What happens when you try it?
