Modified date change for all rows

When I add a new comment to a single row, the modified date changes on all rows.

Is that correct? I was expecting that the Modified date will change only on the row where I add the comment.

Thanks. I found the issue - it was new formula I added to the sheet where I try to calculate the AGE of the requests. So I have do the AGE calculation in another sheet and use VLOOKUP to get the AGE without altering the Created Date in the source sheet.
