encountering regular issues with sheets failing to save/load
Is this a symptom of some sort of data limit? We have a team sheet that has a lot of data (I'm not sure how many rows, since it's not currently loading, but it's 2,000+ with around a dozen columns) and for the past 2-3 months, we've encountered issues on a nearly day to day basis (it's usually the worst on Monday and in the mornings) with the sheet and associated reports failing to load or failing to save if they were previously open.
Has anyone else encountered this level of loading/saving issues, and how did you resolve?

2,000 rows as a number shouldn't be a problem (the current sheet limit is 20,000 rows, 500,000 cells) however sheets can fail to load due to how complex those rows are.
I would personally try loading this sheet in different browsers (see: System requirements and guidelines for using Smartsheet).
Then I would suggest going through this other Help Article that explains some best practices you can use to help ensure your sheet isn't getting too complex: Issue: My sheet is slow to load
I hope that helps!
Cheers,
Genevieve
