How to create a chart that display Health of tasks in a project?

I am having issues to plot the "Health" of tasks in a project. Below is a screen shot of what I want to display in a Pie or bar format. Thanks

two options....

1. create a metrics sheet - In Primary Column enter R,G&B
2. in the 2nd colum. =COUNTIF({source sheet - health},health@row) and drag this down
3. run your graph off the metric sheet

Option 2...

1. create a report. Two columns only - Primary & Health
2. Group by health
3. Summarize by health - count
4. run your graph off this report.
