Update Request Automation has stopped working

I have an automation set up to send an Update request for when a row changes, to an email address inputted on the row. It has been working for a while, and still works for most email addresses, but for some reason has now stopped working for just a few emails. Is there a reason for this? Settings have been checked and all notifications are on. Nothing has been changed to the automation. Thanks

Is it possible those users have accidentally unsubscribed? Have you had them check their spam folders?
