Forms fail to submit, ending in unfixable error

Hello All,

Students submit information via a form, and several to many have issues where the form cannot be submitted. There is no information missing. Closing the browser and resubmitting almost always works. Could there be something else at play? Timeout?

There are currently no reported incidents around Forms (here's the Smartsheet Status Page).

If you're consistently seeing an error from one Smartsheet Form, please contact Support through the Support Portal.

You may also want to suggest that students download the Smartsheet App to their mobile devices; that way you can submit forms when you're offline in case it's an issue with their network (see: Mobile offline forms overview)
