Urgent - User lost access to the workspace

    Hi @Yakshita Srivastava,

    When logged in as the original email address, click on the account icon in the lower left of the screen.

    Click "Personal Settings"

    Click "Manage Email Addresses"

    Add the new email address.

    Once the new address is added, next to it select "Make Primary".

    Then the user can log in with the new email address, but with the same password and access as the old address.
