URL Responses in Forms
Is it possible to have an end user provide URL link(s) as a response entry in a form for one or more fields within the form, and then have the automation workflow email provide its live URL link(s)?
Currently when the end user provides links in a field within the form, the automation workflow email responses come back as plan text. Looking for a way to prevent having to copy these links and past in a browser.
Thanks and have a great day

Hi @Macjava73,
I just tested this. I submitted a URL (www.yahoo.com) via a form.
I had the automation send me an email.
The URL was clickable from the for me. I'm using Outlook.
I tested the same with other text included along with the URL (test text www.google.com).
I had the automation send me an email again.
The URL was clickable from the email even with the other text present.

The main reason of hyperlinks not working in Outlook is the default Internet browser not registered (properly) in your operating system. Typically, this issue comes up after uninstalling Google Chrome or changing the default browser from Internet Explorer to either Chrome or Firefox. https://www.ablebits.com/office-addins-blog/hyperlinks-not-working-outlook/#:~:text=The%20main%20reason%20of%20hyperlinks,to%20either%20Chrome%20or%20Firefox.
Assuming you are in the Outlook application and seeing the email, you must check or click on InfoBar at the top of the message. Click on Enable links and other functionality (not recommended). That will be all. Your links should become visible now. https://www.fileinspect.com/blog/fix-hyperlinks-not-working-in-outlook/
