Attachments - Retention Period
I am using smartsheet function to attach documents to my rows representing additional information associated with a task. Is there a retention period that is associated with adding files? For instance, if I need to open the file in 5 years, will it still exist? Will it exist in perpetuity?

Yes, it would still be there in 5 years as long as SmartSheet still exists.

Thanks Mike.
Do you know the answer to the second part of the question? Will the document forever exist unless the row is deleted/modified?

Yes, that's what I was answering. If you attach a file to a row, it's not going to just disappear at any point in time.

Thanks so much!
