Output submitted form in form format?

Good morning! I'm new to Smartsheets and I work in the insurance industry. I am looking into Smartsheets to see if my team can use it to replace our current application format. Is there a way for Smartsheets to output a submitted form in the from format (the way it looks when a client fills it out on their end) instead of only in the spreadsheet format? Ideally, I would like to have access to both formats. Thank you!

Here are two options.

• Print Row (can select not to include the hidden columns)
• Using the Document Builder feature and a PDF template that looks like the form.

Hi Andree! That should work! Is there a way to create a PDF template off of a form and have it auto save in Smartsheets? Thank you!

Happy to help!

You'd need to create the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or similar.

You can then add automation that creates a PDF and attaches it to the sheet for each form submission.
