Name in Cell History

Hello! I have an automation set up to change a flag to "Flagged" when a certain date and criteria are met. The automation to update the flag is working beautifully; however the name in the cell history for who triggered the flag seems completely random. This is creating an issue because those flags are triggering automated emails that show they're coming from the user who updated the flag field. Some of the users it's assigning are not actively involved with these projects at all. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Is there a way to make the cell history show Smartsheet or Automation if the change is not made by a specific user?

Is it possible these other users are triggering the workflow with the criteria that's met, which is why it's their name showing the change?

If you want the automation to always come from the same person, you could set the timing of the workflow to either be Hourly or Daily. This will then combine all rows that changed to have a flag within that hour (or within the day) into one email and send out on a schedule, coming from the sheet Owner's name, instead.
